Chicago’s very own Nina Tech is back with a new ep, Pull Up, released early this month. The four-track project features the Southsider upholding her stance as a figure of dark-web, locker room, it-girl rap. “Bad Habit (Freestyle)” is an ode to cocky raps about originality and poise. The ep offers a quick lesson in bad b*tch must-haves: confidence, a lot of wit and most importantly-your own money.

On Instagram, listeners have been reveling in (@ladyninatech)’s rise as an independent artist, as she continues to build her self-made identity with fervor, considering that she “never gave a b---h my best because they not f-------g right”.

Throughout the years her sultry, tough lyrics established Nina Tech as her own muse, lyricism that is on-brand with the wave of hypersexual women dominating the industry currently. Her visual appeal comes with the territory (and the tech), admirers should heed the warning: anyone looking to get close to Nina Tech “better write a four-page letter.”
